Get busy with BIBPenpals.com and other free vocabulary opportunties to practice with others, such as YourNetImpact.com

Two important websites for teenagers: An Alarm clock http://onlineclock.net/ and an app to practice vocabulary and mental math

Teenagers need to wake up early sometimes...  and asking some teens to get up before 7 a.m. is early for them.

Here are some screenshots.   I awoke early today because I needed to speak with someone in Europe...

... and I had lent my phone to a student who needed to use the applications to improve his studies.   I especially recommend Spread the Words App and the math practice with Math Workshop

No more "Grand Theft Auto" -- a list of videos for a 10-year-old boy

Where is Katharine?
Parents, I now it is difficult to watch your kids.  I was recently put in charge of a 109-year-old boy and I looked down to check my email... and when I looked up, the fellow was playing Grand Theft Auto.  "Does your mother allow that?"

"no."

"Then turn it off. Let's learn about monsters and Noah's Flood."

"Can you show me something about mummies?"

There!  Finally, an educational site

You can look at Ocean Research, or Ocearch.org and look for the shark...  Katharine has bdeen sighted near Florida in the past 7 months.
